Well @ Work is a program that builds harmonious workplaces and relationships by applying tools and techniques that support all staff members to first of all take care of their own health and well-being.     

This program usually runs as a one-hour session each week, over a six week period. Each session explores a different facet of self-care, self-awareness and fitness, as well as how to make these a normal and integrated part of life.  The philosophy is very simple – when we are healthy and well we are more likely to have the energy and focus to meet the demands of the workplace and more likely to engage harmoniously and collaboratively with other staff.  When connected with ourselves and our bodies; stress and tension levels are less likely to overwhelm us, thought processes are clearer, and it is easier to connect with others and work as a team with understanding and shared goals.

Well @ Work introduces a variety of body awareness practices that can be employed before, after and during the working day to develop conscious presence and self-connection. Many of these techniques do not interrupt the flow of work as ultimately it is about holding a connection with ourselves and a steady focused quality while at work.  This can improve not just work quality and productivity; it can also bring light-heartedness to the work environment and staff that genuinely enjoy contributing and coming to work.
