Meditation is a powerful way to come back to ourselves, our bodies and bring a spacious feeling into the day.

The meditation we offer is not arduous and does not involve sitting in awkward cross-legged positions for long periods nor does it require a retreat from life. In fact, meditation can be easy when presented in its true simplicity. It can be experienced laying down or sitting in a chair, and need only take five to ten minutes. The simple power of connecting to you and your natural gentle breath is lovely to experience each and every day.
Meditation sessions are available for small groups, at your workplace and in private sessions. Meditation can also be incorporated into many of our other services. If you are looking for deep rest and relaxation, we also recommend Esoteric Yoga – a non-exercise Yoga practise with similar benefits to meditation. |
