Fitness
At Body Harmony, we are inspired by what fitness truly means and all it encompasses.

We understand fitness is far more than cardiovascular capacity, endurance, strength, flexibility and ‘looking’ a certain way. Fitness is how equipped and at ease we feel to handle all of the various aspects of life - from work, family, relationships, paying the bills, eating, sleep habits, personal growth, emotional reactions, housework, right through to all of the details of self–love, nurturing and personal care which includes exercising no more or no less than is required to get through the day with vitality and a spring in our step.
All of the services offered by Body Harmony are intended to support people to be fit and well – exercise being just one aspect of fitness. The linchpin behind all of our services is Sacred Esoteric Healing® - it fast tracks the recipient into a deep state of rest and connection with themselves. We also highly regard Esoteric Yoga as it’s an active form of self-healing that directly empowers people to be their own practitioner - to connect, move and know themselves by the quality they choose.

Of course, if you are looking for a moderate and sensible approach to exercise Body Harmony offers a way to exercise that has all of the usual physical benefits while also encouraging self-connection and body awareness. Listening to and honouring your body during exercise can ensure you exercise safely, maintain true posture and the ease of unbroken breathing.
