Connective Tissue Therapy uses subtle, rhythmical movements that assist to unravel layers of connective tissue in the body.

Many people report in sessions a feeling of deeply held tensions unwinding as if the whole body is being de-pressurised in the tissues and organs. This makes sense as connective tissue occurs in layers throughout the body. It protects and supports nervous, vascular, endocrine and lymphatic tissue as well as the spinal chord and brain.
